My father and I found a copperhead snake, a poisonous pit viper, which was promptly caught and carried back to the house. We admired the size of it, quite large for that type, and decided to guess at it’s length before the tape measure was brought out.

My father guessed 36 inches, which was actually the correct length, but now that he had taken that number I felt forced to choose a different one, 37 inches. Out comes the tape measure and a nail through the head into a log and my father measured. When he got to the end of the tail, and 36 it was, I, having a good hold on said tail, leaned back hard using the nail in the head as anchor! Ha! You could hear clearly as every joint in that snake’s back cracked!

Now the snake measured 36… and a half! LoL! Nothing like saving the day!

This morning as I was studying I found something that just angered me—again! Too many people are engaged in tail pulling to try and make things fit an agenda!

I have for some time promoted a CD with lots of files on it called Prepare Ye the Way. Evidently the man who produced that CD stopped, and or died, he was way older than I, and someone kept monies that arrived it the mail without sending out what was paid for. That CD has several “unpublished manuscripts” on it. One of them reads as follows.

There are those in this church who love this world better than they love Jesus. They love their treasures here better than they love heaven or eternal life, and with . . . [ 1 line missing] … speaks to a lukewarm church, Be zealous and repent; but they scarcely hear or heed the message. A few are afflicting their souls, a few are heeding the counsel of the true witness. Unless the church speedily arouses they will go into darkness, be ensnared and overcome by the enemy.[Unpublished Manuscripts, Volume 5 p. 31 para. 1]

And then we have the mystery file from the White Estate, taken, not released.

There are those in the church who love this world better than they love Jesus. They love their treasures here better than they love heaven or eternal life, and with their earthly treasure they will perish. The True Witness now speaks to a lukewarm church. Be zealous and repent; but they scarcely hear or heed the message. A few are afflicting their souls. A few are heeding the counsel of the True Witness. Unless the church speedily arouses they will go into darkness, be ensnared and overcome by the enemy. Manuscript 1, 1857.

It looks to me to be quite clear that an agenda was controlling the output. Plus, the White Estate is again caught in a baldfaced lie. The line is not missing! The line states clearly that God is the author of the authentic Spirit of Prophecy and not Ellen; obviously that is why those words were removed.

But hey! don’t worry! In the 2008 Research CD they produced, this is not in there at all! Presto! No problem! Now wasn’t that easy?

You got to be careful as you study!

God Bless your Study
