Right close to yesterday’s quote, this was found.

Not One Heretical Sentence.--I am now looking over my diaries [SEE FOOTNOTE, P. 32.] and copies of letters written for several years back. . . . I have the most precious matter to reproduce and place before the people in testimony form. While I am able to do this work, the people must have things to revive past history, that they may see that there is one straight chain of truth, without one heretical sentence, in that which I have written. This, I am instructed, is to be a living letter to all in regard to my faith.–Letter 329a, 1905. {3SM 52.2}

This ‘statement’ flies in the face of those who want to scream “CONTEXT!” at every lie published in the SOP-his-try (sophistry)  of Satan, the counterfeit SOP. The reason is because those sentences are heretical!

Let’s take the Desire of Ages,

page 568, ten lines up from the bottom of the page, the heretical sentence reads, “He [Christ] is to-day [sic.] standing at the altar of incense, presenting before God the prayers of those who desire His help.”

This sentence is heretical because it places Christ in the Holy place, not the Most Holy! This sentence can never stand on it’s own, it requires an army of explainers, creating a word-cloud of darkness to obscure, to make it even close to acceptable!

page 790, fourteen lines up from the bottom of the page, the heretical sentence reads,  “He [Christ] ascended to the heavenly courts, and from God Himself heard the assurance that His atonement for the sins of men had been ample, that through His blood all might gain eternal life.”

page 819, ten lines up from the bottom of the page, the heretical sentence reads, “The conditions of the atonement had been fulfilled; the work for which He [Christ] came to this world had been accomplished.”

These two heretical sentences prove that the writer of the book is making a claim that the atonement was completed on the cross. This false, blasphemous claim can easily be proven by asking some simple questions.

1.) If the atonement was made on Calvary, by whom was it made? The making of the atonement is the work of a Priest; but who officiated on Calvary? Roman soldiers and wicked Jews.

2.) The slaying of the victim was not making the atonement; the sinner slew the victim, Lev. 4: 1-4, 13-15, &c., after that the Priest took the blood and made the atonement. Lev. 4: 5-12, 16-21.

3.) Christ was the appointed High Priest to make the atonement, and he certainly could not have acted in that capacity till after his resurrection, and we have no record of his doing any thing on earth after his resurrection, which could be called the atonement.

4.) The atonement was made in the Sanctuary, but Calvary was not such a place.

5.) He could not, according to Heb. 8: 4, make the atonement while on earth. “If he were on earth, he should not be a Priest.” The Levitical was the earthly priesthood; the Divine, the heavenly.

6.) Therefore, He did not begin the work of making the atonement, whatever the nature of that work may be, till after His ascension, when by His own blood He entered His heavenly Sanctuary for us.

(These are the very questions and answers O.R.L.Crosier put in his article THE LAW OF MOSES, and was published in The Day-Star Extra, February 7, 1846. Which God endorsed through his prophet Ellen, in A Word to the Little Flock, page 12, and is proof positive that the SDA church is not walking in the light of the Midnight Cry.)

Then, to add blasphemous insult to blasphemous injury, not far away is this quote.

b. The Conflict of the Ages Books: Sister White is not the originator of these books. They contain the instruction that during her lifework God has been giving her. They contain the precious, comforting light that God has graciously given His servant to be given to the world.–Colporteur Ministry, p. 125. {3SM 50.4}

They are claiming that God is the author of these heretical sentences!

Better prove all things!

I work at improving my writing so that it is not too obnoxious to read. The subject matter is generally of the greatest importance and the reader should not be too distracted by bad writing. Therefore I subscribe to DailyWritingTips.com, a well recommended resource.

One day I am reading the emailed tips and the following sentence was quoted for an example.

2. “‘The deepest bias in the history of the American people,’ is how historian Arthur Schlesinger Jr. referred to our nation’s history of anti-Catholic prejudice.”

The name was not familiar to me, so I looked it up. Wikipedia had this to say.

Arthur Meier Schlesinger, Jr. was an American historian, social critic, and public intellectual.

In worldly circles the man was highly thought of,… apparently. But who decides this? Is it not those who write history? Yes, it is even so. Great heros of war are only so because their side won. Turn the tables and they become war criminals. I say this to point out the language of the sentence, the message it proffers.

It is calling an anti-Catholic bias a prejudice. Another resource, Dictionary.com, had this to say about the word prejudice.

An unfavorable opinion or feeling formed beforehand or without knowledge, thought, or reason.

Historian Arthur Schlesinger Jr. is clearly writing with an agenda. He is writing to mis-inform people who would care to read his books. It is the willing ignorant who take something at face value or on the assertion of a supposed expert and do nothing to prove it.

Paul lauded the noble Bereans, in Acts 17:11, for proving all things.

This is where many fall down with respect to bibles. They are willing to take the assertions of a lauded expert and go no further in the examination of the evidence. We must needs ask the question, who is doing the lauding? Why are they doing it? Today there are over 5,200 documents available on the Bible. Of these, 99.992 percent support the KJV and only 44 documents do not. Yet it is these 44 documents that all the modern bibles are based on, and few are checking, testing, proving.

What is it we often say? “Follow the money.” We also talk about the “re-writing of history.” The Catholic church in general, and the Jesuits in particular, have long ago launched a major campaign to erase from the collective memory certain things that should never be forgotten, especially those relating to the Catholics.

‘The deepest bias in the history of the American people’ was not prejudice, it was founded on well proven and known facts about the Catholics that today have literally been educated away from the masses. Great numbers of peoples of all lands were here in this country to escape the religious persecution from the Catholics and the lands of the newly independent America were awash in anti-Catholic books, which largely have since disappeared as fast as the Catholics could make them so.

Recently on this site we exposed the lying of Arthur White about an anti-Catholic vision God gave to his church. Arthur White claimed that there was no such vision. Click on the link and see the vision for yourself. Better yet, go here and download the three files. The subject vision is in the first part of file No. 3, at the top of the page.

What was Arthur White doing? Why was he lying about the existence of the vision? In the mid-fifties the Martin-Barnhouse meetings were held with the church, which was made public by M. L. Andreasen in his “Letters to the Churches.” In those meetings the church was pressured to surrender to the peer pressure of the evangelical churches, which were already under Satan’s control. Arthur White’s lying about the vision appears to be a part of the entrenchment of a very pro-Catholic stance the church leadership was taking.

Many talk about Jesuits and Catholics in the church. It is doubtful that this is false. It would appear from the facts of acts that all the church leadership is compromised, away from the true God and toward the man of sin the pope. Why else would this church go and bow at the feet of the man of sin? honoring him with a gold medallion.

Make no mistake about it, the Catholic church is your enemy, not your friend. Arthur White’s lying appears to be part of an on-going denial for the purpose of placating the Catholics and their agenda of takeover of the world.

Here is the pertinent part of the vision.

I saw that the nominal churches and nominal Adventists, like Judas, would betray us to the Catholics, to obtain their influence to come against the saints. The saints will be an obscure people, but little known to the Catholics,

This is certainly the case for those who separate from the apostate SDA church in this day. This is an argument for the vision being true and prophetic of the then distant future.

but the church and nominal Adventists will know of our faith and customs, and will betray the saints and report them to the Catholics, as those who disregard the institution of the pope, that is they keep the Sabbath and disregard Sunday.

Then the Catholics bid the Protestants to go forward and issue a decree that all who will not observe the first day of the week instead of the seventh shall be slain, and the Catholics, whose numbers are large, will stand by the Protestants. The Catholics will give their power to the image of the beast and then Protestants will work as their mother worked before them to destroy the saints. But before their decrees bring forth or bear fruit, the saints will be delivered by the voice of God.

Download the vision here, it is in file No. 3.

We know God is in charge of all. He has brought an item to our attention, which we now share with you.

Leaves of Autumn, now out of business, used to publish a copy of Spalding & Magan, a one inch thick, eight and a half by eleven book. Evidently Gar Baybrook, the owner of Leaves of Autumn, had a communication with the White Estate regarding the first vision in that book, pages 1-2, apparently through a third party and, as providence would have it, Arthur White is the one who responded.

Subsequent to this Gar inserted this information in place of page 1, of Spalding & Magan, so future purchasers of the book would have the White Estate’s position on the matter. That, according to the date on the letter, was in 1965. This communication is placed here for your convenience.

Dear Gar:
Some time ago you sent me a xerox copy of some supposed quotations from the Magan-Sutherland-Spalding collection for me to verify. I had already one of those sheets, which I got from someone out that way, and had it bound into one of my books of manuscripts. I have always questioned the reading of those quotes, as they didn’t sound just like her writings, they had a cracked ring to them, someway. So, after awhile I wrote to Elder Arthur L. White, and today receive the following statement. –

Washington, DC October 13, 1965

Dear Brother Clark:-

I have a letter from you which I shall answer, perhaps today, but I find in the mail today your request for a verification of certain materials bearing the date of October 23, 1850. We have no authentic source for this material and consider it to be apocryphal.

There are some statements in this which lead us to question seriously if the words were actually penned by Ellen G. White. There is no statement of this character in the E. G. White Manuscript Files, or in her published works.

signed, Arthur L. White

Then one day in the distant future, when computers and the net were pervasive, someone hacked the file out of the White Estate’s control and released it on the net. And it fell on a day that a copy came in to my hands….

And lo and behold, that vision IS in the manuscript file. The White Estate has had this vision as an authentic source, but lied about it’s existence. They claim all these manuscripts were written by Ellen.

Notice Arthur’s words in this brief letter— five times, by my count, he denies the existence of this vision.

Under the “Topics” heading at the right of the blog we have added Arthur’s name under the list of insiders.

This is one of the problems of man being in leadership. He thinks it proper that he should make decisions for all the rest— because he knows best; after all, he has a degree–in worldly wisdom….

Everyone has to prove all things.
